Frequently Asked Questions: What is the 'Sensitive Awareness Method'? In 1998 I began to focus on what actually happens when we claim to be doing psychic or intuitive work. what I discovered astonished me! I realised that what was happening was very simple and really not as complex and 'arcane' as it was being made out to be. It took me several years of observing psychics, mediums and intuitives and doing further research and testing to conclude that the process was extremely simple. I then put together a series of foundation level skills that are easy to learn and quick to develop. My method trains you to become aware of your subtle, internal sensitivity to the world and other people. Some call this sense 'psychic'. The way I do this is to teach you how to 'verify' your experiences every step of the way and therefore build your own map and pathway through wat can seem like a strange, wierd and occasionally complex inner landscape. My method helps you to become SENSITIVE and through a series of exercises you also develop AWARENESS of your inner abilities so that you can use them in your own way. So What qualifications and experience does the trainer have? In this field there are no formal qualifications. This means the subject is open to new ideas. I trained in a discipline called NLP (Neuro Linguistic-Programming) and hold two Master Practitioner certificates from the US and UL along with other related qualifications including Coaching. I worked as a psychotherapist part-time for a few years then decided that my training had more uses. I have conducted many classes in Intuitive Skills and taught for over 15years. Is this method better than other ways to develop these abilities? My method is certainly a lot eaisier and quicker to learn than other methods. I start with a series of simple Foundation Skills that give immediate insight into how the process works. Then I build on these to help you learn how to become aware of exactly how subtle informations is presented to you. Does everyone have this 'inner ability'? A lot of fuss is made about what it means to 'be psychic' or 'be intuitive' and the whole field is shrouded in mystery and the occult. My method helps us all to realise what incredible hidden gifts we have inside. I believe we have the right to explore our innate abilities without stigma or imposed control One of my students commented that I "What intrigued me was that none of the skills seemed to involve anything supernatural and that a more practical side to such abilities had not been explored." |
